In case you bought an item for yourself and received it damaged at delivery. You may email your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org with the image of your damaged item. You can allow us 48 hours to revert back.
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com . Some items are designed as unique piece , we might not be able to replace with same item, we will inform you by written email
REFUNDS AND RETURN OF GOODS
Subject to the below, you have the right to return any goods purchased on the Platform and request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date provided the relevant product or goods are unused, in original unbroken packaging and include all tags.
Furthermore, if the goods or products purchased are faulty, not as described, if you didn’t receive the goods or product, or if you received the incorrect product, you have the right to request an exchange or replacement product within 7 days of the relevant delivery date. For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount in full and you will not be charged for the cost of return if you received the incorrect product or if the products are faulty or not as described on our Platform.
We will issue a refund to the same card as you used for the original purchase.
Your refund will be initiated once approved by the relevant Seller, and you will receive the final refund within thirty (30) days from such approval date.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
- Food products
- products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;
- products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
- any consumable product which has been used, or opened;
- products with tampered
- products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, clothing and other products as specified by us in our absolute discretion at the time of placing the order; or
- any other products described as non-returnable or non-refundable in the Lay-Mouneh Return Policy applicable at the time of your purchase.
